yes. garmin rhinos. the wife's uncles have them. they're nice little devices. even have the radio built right into them.
|
are those the walkie talkies ?
|
yeah. well, FRS radios or whatever they're called. i believe they now have them in 10 mile range versions.
|
do they do turn by turn driving directions? Im looking for something for the car and woods

i'm not sure. they make a bunch of different models. here's a linky to the rhino page at garmin:

i'll add this little plug. we bought my wife a c340 garmin navigation unit for her car. i've had a couple garmin products, this and a fish locator, and i've yet to be disappointed in any of their products. this nav unit is incredibly easy to use and is very, very accurate. we first tested it by going places i know how to get to and it was flawless. i would highly recommend their products. the rhinos that her uncles have performed flawlessly too. they make a "palm pilot" that has a built in nav system that i'm considering getting for myself.

do the walkie talkies come as a pair?
My friend bought a GPS walkie talkie(dont know what brand) and paid $125 for it and there was only one. kind of pointless. |
