Bought A New/Old Boat Today...
Picked up a 18' American Skier Ski Boat...
Jason, Some friends, and I were in my V-20 Saturday crusing the York River when the Lower unit decided to eat itself up... No warning, no noise, just gone. My wife found a steal on a old ski boat a guy needed to get ride of so we picked it up to finish off the year. It's OLD but in great shape... Gonna spend the winter fixing it up real nice! Guess I have to fix the other boat though so I have a fishing boat... IF anyone os thinking of buying a boat... Don't... My wife says it's just abig hole in the water to throw money into... yeah it should be a lot better for sking... I think we are putting a new engine on the big boat this winter so I have something to fish out of.
