Works for me unless I'm missing something, said it will be closed 8 pm till six am then open till 9am closed till 3 pm then openig back up for rush hour

Oh, I thought we were talking about the first sign saying that the clearance was "15'3'" and the second saying it was "15'2"".

was confusing for a sec. but makes sense to me. just some odd shift/day work hours, there isn't any overlap.
