Omelettes in A Bag
Hey any of you guy's ever do this? We do it all the time. Take a zip lock bag and crack 1 or 2 eggs in it stir it up (Whisk) and add what ever you want in it ham, mushroom, onion, green peppers what ever, even salsa. Mix it all up in the bag and place the bag all sealed zipped tight in a pot of boiling water and boil for about 13-15 mins. Longer if ya like and when it's done pull it out unzip the bag and dump it out and......... perfect omelet. Try it you'll love it. Stupid simple. We do this camping and on fishing trips all the time:tu:

Jazz,
Im not trying to be a jackass here, but if you are already going to all the trouble of getting a pan, water, and boiling it, why not just make an omelette in the damn pan... You would be done breakfast and have caught your first fish of the day... The kids have done it, same way in the microwave!! I think it tastes like plastic! |
