Any Auto Body Guy's
A couple weeks ago I had my hood fly up on me and damaged my hood and broke one hood hinge. Just got the estimate back from the repair shop which is a recommended facility through my insurance. Great! no hassle for me, I don't see any bills or anything :tu: I'm looking at this estimate and it seems a little high to me $1465.71. For a recycled hood 2 hinges and a new latch. Hell for that price I should be getting a nice cowl induction hood of some type shouldn't I. :pca1: Maybe I'm wrong again or In the wrong business again:argh:

What insurance do you have? I have Nationwide and when I had a deer hit me I just got a couple estimates and the adjuster came out to the house worked up his quote, looked at the ones I got from my shops and cut me a check on the spot. I ordered my own parts and took everything to the shop I chose and they fixed me right up. I even had money to replace some other stuff since work was being done as I found deals on body panels vs getting new repo ones.
