'Tis the week before Christmas
 

'Tis the week before Christmas and all through the land, not a freedom is safe from Obama's hand. Bankers, bewildered, before him now bow, while auto-makers, thankful, praise his cash cow. With energy and health care nearing control, his grasp on the nation is as he foretold. The people are stirred by his escapades, and are somewhat shocked by the history they made. Obama is not what he promised to be; he brings, instead, tyranny.

America's great experiment in freedom was designed by our Founders to create a new kind of government consisting of the very people for whom the government was made. The first purpose of this new government was to protect the freedom of the people against all enemies both foreign and domestic, and especially from governmental tyranny. To keep the federal government under control, the designers limited the power of the new federal government to those very specific areas set forth in Article 1, Section 8.

These limitations are now routinely ignored by both the House and the Senate.

The one mechanism in our system of government designed to rid our government of those who abuse the Constitution is the biennial elections.

So lets Vote all the bums out and start cleaning up DC

Is a second revolutionary war out of the question? i dont think it is really that far off on our present course as a citizenry held hostage .:humm:

your right herb more of us out there need to our voting privelidges more serious and vote them out and if that dont work do it johnny z way:rocking::rocking:

and vote who in? a career politician, or a career politician?

Lets elect a bunch of Mom's who know how to cut the waste and stretch a dollar, who can't be bribed because they want the best for their family, or How about a Dad who works his ass off, doesn't want to do it, but knows his family depends on him, so he digs in and does his best for the 2 years he is in DC for the USA, like it used to be before we got life time politicians.

But that's our fault for being lazy and voting for the guy with the best ads, we need to get people in there who know what it is to work for a dollar.

The only trouble is we can't replace them all at once and the bureaucrats are still there to say this is the way we always done it, my answer to that is let start doing it the right way.
