Occupancy from the City was issued on the project and I can now open it to the public. This is good news. Bad news is that it is one less thing I have to do pushing the 2009 year and my invoicing to a close.

I have had a few interesting conversations lately but nothing as far as an offer on paper. I'm waiting to see a couple things this week but it's like watching water boil...

Well, paid yes. Work no. The project has ended, meaning so has the income stream. I've got other things in the works but nothing on paper yet as far as an offer goes.
