Trouble is here the cops think their the only ones who get to throw people on the ground, helped stop a ahole beating on his wife in a gas station and we called the cops on him, the cops said he could press charges against you all.

I said let him, it's 3 against one on the witness stand and I think the judge will go our way I bet, besides we didn't do what we wanted to and that was beat his ***.

But you be surprised the people will sit there and wait for the cops to save them, cops are just for paperwork because it all done by the time they get there.

BTW, "could" file charges and being "successfully prosecuted" are 2 totally different worlds

If it were me handling the report, and all you did was use the "force necessary" (somewhat subjective) to stop a domestic violence attack, or any attack for that matter, then the moron would have to get the State to direct file the charges once he was released from booking

Wouldn't be any charges or referrals coming from this one

I Thank you then, as that should have never happened, I have a few cop friends, 5 or 6 anyway and they said it both ways, but it seems there almost forced to get everyone in the system, the second time I got soured was we have one of the kids who were breaking into everyones car, we got him caught and he was back out the next day and went crazy, ended up busting one the my buddies rear truck windows out and we done had the cops on the way.

So we had 5 cops show up, told them what was going on and the first thing out of their mouth was which one of you swung in him, your going to jail, none of us touched him as the angel was underage, but that just pissed me off and does stick with you.

Oh and my friends who were cops each one of them ran a back ground check on me, trouble is I had a secret cearance and they cept up with how many times people are checking up on you and if you get ran to many times in a short time, you get to go talk to security offices as they got a FBI inquirey on me, so it was my cop friends who got me in warm water, instead of just asking me what they wanted to know, so as least they found out they can cause some harm doing a simple check to them.
