Going on the 3rd day of rain so I cant cook on the grill :( `and my ribs are just sitting in the fridge so I'm gonna do this rack in the oven.
Man thats one slab of meat! Attachment 50796 coat the bottom in salt, Attachment 50797 The top in a rub of your choice, I like this stuff Attachment 50798 Attachment 50799 And toss it in the oven on 250* for 4 or 5 hours, thats it! I'll put up some pics when they are done! Real easy! |
