Default GUNPAL > paypal

www.gunpal.net was just launched last week and it seems to be awesome! Since paypal prohibits the transaction of firearms and related accessories and has been considered to be anti-2nd Amendment, users interested in exercising their Constitutional rights may find paypal to be counterproductive.

-Send Money to anyone with an email address.
-Easily pay for anything using the web.
-Sign-up is free, quick, and easy.
-Benefit the Non-Profit Organization of your choice.

GUNPAL is an alternative to PayPal™ that donates a portion of the proceeds from every transaction to a Non-Profit Organization of your choice. GUNPAL does not discriminate based on the nature of your transaction, requiring only that the merchandise or services you buy and sell be legal.

Hopefully it'll take off okay, I thought it was pretty cool that you can select your own charity/non-profit for some of the proceeds to go to.

Neat idea. Although, if you don't tell paypal it's for a gun, they don't really know, now do they?

Technically they don't have to know but to me, it's not really worth the risk. I don't know what kind of penalty/fine paypal would enforce, let alone the DOJ is just begging for an excuse to hang anyone for any technicality they can find with anything firearms related.

I figured it's just as easy to use either one, might as well use the 2A friendly business over the 2A hostile one when there's a choice.

A lot of guys have had their accounts locked and their money tied up as a result of "breaking their rules". I don't keep any balance in there and transfer it to my bank as soon as it hits my account to keep this from happening. Sounds like I will have to give this gunpal a shot (no pun intended) and I won't have to worry about it.
