Mouse in My Truck

:humm: I noticed some paper in my truck all shredded up like maybe a mouse did it. I'm gonna have to find that little s.o.b before he does some real damage. I live out in a newer sub division and I'm at the end of a cul de sac with a corn field that butts to my back yard and I'm thinking since they took the corn out the little varmits are looking for a place to hang out this winter. I have to take a trip this afternoon (about an hr) and if the little s.o.b tries to crawl up my pant leg while I'm driving all :edit: is gonna break loose in that cab.

Thats what worries me. I have 3 golf carts at my place at the lake and it seems ever spring I have to fix ignition wires or light wires. That's cheap compared to chewing up wires in my truck. Didn't think I would ever have to set a mouse trap in my truck:argh:

Yep, cost me a new wiring harness in my little run around town go kart at the beginning of the summer. $300 for that and I still find new things all the time that need replaced. Noticed I didn't have any wiper fluid spry the other day and when i checked that out found that it had chewed a T connector it that line open also.

I've never tried it but they tell me moth balls work. Myself I used poison bait blocks under the hood and in the cab and seems to have worked.

I always throw moth balls around the outside of my place at the lake and it works great. Then I throw bounce fabric softener sheets all over the inside and never had a problem. I just don't know about mothballs under the hood of my truck. I worry every time I would turn on the heat I would get a blast of mothballs. Noway could I stand it inside my truck

Squirrels got both of my hoodliners. Luckily they left the wires alone.

Mothballs suit you good Jazzy.
