Attention! Great handgun deal!
Academy Sports has 40cal S&W Sigma series for $319.99. And S&W has mail in rebates for either $50 off or 2 free mags. The Sigma is a Glock clone and a very good gun with great customer service. If u want a good tough gun for a good price here's your chance guys!

Bet these sell out quick. Wonder why a sale like this right now, sure don't need to boost gun and ammo sales right now since production already can't keep up with demand, unless the market is finally peaking out and startin to come back down to normal.
|
I will tell ya, I have one and I love it. And as for the price you can't beat it. Also, I've fired at least a thousand rounds through it, and have never had a problem with it. One of my favorite plinkers.:U:
|
Just to save the time lookin it up is this a full size or compact frame, or both. I need a small frame and have been puttin off droppin the money on the Sig I want. Had a small framed Glock .40 and that's was the best little carry gun I ever saw. This may just be the right balance between the two at this price.

Man prices are falling like the economy was! Hard to find local deals cause the guns shops bought there weapons when they were high. My local shop had AK's for $800:ph:. They are back to $389 on the web now still high but they are falling. AR's are back down too, some in the $600 range.
But guys wanting a good reliable and tough gun should jump all over this deal! I told my dad about it and he's going to buy 2! He said, "I'll buy you one too just for telling me about that!":choochoo: Cant beat 2 free mags! That leave a lil extra for a good holster!:rocking: They also had the Taurus Judge Public Defender for $490. Thats the ultralight 2" barrel with 2 1/2" wheel. Those who dont know its chambered for 45 long colt/410ga shot shell. And it is fun to shoot at night!:cowboy::bomb: |

It may be a Glcok clone although they don't look like it to me as they missed a lot of detail both inside and outside of the frame. They are not even close in reliability or quality of a Glock that's for sure. They are a throw away gun if you ask me. The last one I held/shot just felt like crap. However, they are a cheap pistol to start out with for the unkowing consumer who's just getting started.
|
That's why I said DEAL. If you have trouble with fit/finish just send it back and s&w will cover it plus s&h.
It makes a great truck gun. |
At almost half the price of a Glock you can't exactly expect the same quality but a truck and varmint gun for the barn is all I carry it for to. If I was a cop and my life rode on dependability, hell no it's a Glock or a Sig hands down.
|
X2 As far as reliability, Mine never jams, plus it's such a simple design i can't see much going wrong with it. It's fine for a side arm for bow hunting or on the seat of my pick-up. No way I'd call it a throw away gun, though.

Exactly what I'm saying I would much rather carry that while I'm on the tractor than my CZ or 1911. Can't beat polymer for ruggedness. I didn't mean to start a battle here. Just thought I'd help out those who want a good buy on a good gun. Some people might love em or hate em. I like it and it fits my niche cause I've been wanting a 40 for awhile. I have a 9 and a 45 and now I'll have a 40 and my first polymer frame too.

Don't get me wrong...I think they're great for the money but I just thought the comparison to a Glock was a little over the top is all. I didn't mean to disrespect anyone or discount anyone's opinions. |
God, staarma!! You're such a jerk!:D:D:D
|
O ok. I love a Glock but it was a close comparison for the majority. It is well known look. I guess a couldve said Kahr for a better look comparison.

I know you were saying it was a polymer I just get weird sometimes.:c: |
You know what sucks the most about this deal. They do not have any locations near me for me to take advantage of this deal.
|
Well you can go to Bud's Gun Shop for $299.99 and have it delivered to your gun shop. Then mail the rebate in for $50 or 2 mags. It alreadt comes with 2 mags to begin.

Might also look into something like a CZ 82. AIM Surplus has them for around $260. Shoots a 9 x 18 Makarov. Ammo will probably have to be mail ordered but it is a pretty dependable gun thats alittle on the smaller side. |
Looks like it would be a great carry gun. How many rounds does it hold? I bought a Kimber full size ; only to find out it's a little on the heavy side to carry all the time , not to mention not one of the cheaper options out there . Thanks for the info.:5:

You can get 1000 rounds of 9x18 for around $110 on the web. That's about $360 or so for a pistol and all the ammo you'll ever need!
|
