tree damage
 

i was sitting in the house on mother's day just chillin with my badself cuz the wife was out with the MIL. right in the middle of power block i hear a huge bang followed by two more thumps on the roof. boulevard tree split in half from wind and the loose half landed on me shack!! don't have any inside pics but it cracked the plaster in the living room and knocked all the putty out of the sheetrock tape upstairs along the roof line. my leafless gutters were only 2 weeks old!! took me 10 years to get 'em!! cool thing is the city had to remove the tree from the house. also got them to take 2 of the 3 boulevard trees down while they were at it. bastards wouldn't cough up any moneys for my deductable though. :(

I'm just glad it was a litlle one that fell and not one of these big ole monsters that's as big around as I am tall, bet it didn't sound little when it hit though.

i got lucky. i had my 4runner project parked where my truck normally would have been. didn't hit it but i would have hit the truck if it'd been parked there.
