MD Crew at The Buck - Crab Dip
Had an outing The Buck in PA this past weekend and several folks asked my wife for her crab dip recipe. You can also substitute shrimp for the crab and it is tasty as well. Hope all enjoy it:
Yields: 4 Servings
I N G R E D I E N T S
2 8 oz packs Cream cheese
1/2 pint Sour cream
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
1 Lemon juice from lemon
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Old Bay Seasoning (or crab boil) to taste
1 teaspoon wet Mustard
1 pound Crab meat
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Blend everything except 1/2 cup cheddar chesse and crab meat. Stir in crab meat. Put rest of cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 35-45 minutes.
