Arrow Passion Is Contagious

So True ..... So True .....

One trait I cannot stand is Someone without a Passion For Anything ,

You know the kind... Works all day watches TV all night then goes back to work the next day and talks about everything they seen on TV .

Heres a Hint for you -->

If You have no Passion For anything Your Shallow and miserable ,

Misery Loves Company , But Passion Is Contagious .

Having a Website Like this that Feeds Passion/Enthusiasm for something is Top **** IMO And You all have made it Great Here THANK YOU !

Now ....Enough of the sappy stuff , Whats your passions ?

Heres Some Of Mine

Family - Wife and 4yr old Son

Diesels - From Lawn Mowers to Big Rigs The General Design of the diesel and the power generation is Amazing , The Sound alone gets my heart beating

Psychopathic Records - No Other Music Related to me , Im far from Main Stream Hints the DieselMinded I Have always liked what I like not what everyone else does , This leads to not many friends But the ones i do have are Good Ones - I Preorder all albums from , ICP , Twistid , ABK , Blaze , Boondox And like a school girl i rip the Cd open when it arrives LOL Its the only thing i listen to as its what relates with me - Heres a Taste

Golf With Dad - Me and my dad never had a whole lot in common he always had worked 2 jobs my whole life , A few years ago i bought me some golf clubs and asked him to go with me ...since then we have really bonded and we golf all the time now , and im real glad this happened before the old man moves on , So I Am Passionate about golf I enjoy it to no end

Other than that Im Not into a whole lot of stuff have little hobbies here and there that nothing ever comes of

I like eating Corn Nuts ...LOL Not a passion but damn them things are good

So true, this is where I go among other places to get my diesel fix, I like diesels I can't help it. I'm also passionate about BMX bikes, and Big Block Chevys. I enjoy watching movies, but only watch TV when something I like is on. As for music I'll listen to damn near anything: Alice in Chains, Kid Rock, Our Lady Peace, Ramstein, Nickelback, Ashlee Simpson, Poison, and the list goes on. And DieselMinded Owner-Webmaster thank you for a great site that allows me to ask advice about anything from diesel trucks, to girl advice, I appreciate the time and sleepless nights it must have taken to set this up.

Golf -- Been playing for 22 years.

Racing -- mostly roundy-round; sprint cars, modifieds, midgets. Don't have my own car anymore but am helping crew a modified (3rd in points so far out of 26 cars) and a hobby stock (9th place out of 33 cars). Way cheaper to pit for others. LOL

The Gearhead Lifestyle -- building custom cars, something different from the status quo. I'd much rather sink 30 grand into an old car or truck and have something cool than a newer vehicle that looks like everybody elses.

Case in point...the latest addition to the family:

Oh boy, where to start.........

Guess the first thing and the most obvious is diesels; all brands, all makes, all sizes. The more black smoke it belches out the better! And to go along with that in the diesel performance aftermarket I strive to hook guys and gals up with the best products w/ the best prices possible, cause god knows theres plenty of places that have a tube of vasoline on the counter waiting for ya. Boy that sounded like a plug for ole CDP, oh well it's how I feel and run my business.

I'm a pretty big history buff, mainly just the time frame from the Civil War thru World War II. Have been a Civil War re-enactor for almost 7 years now. Enjoy helping preserve our history and educate people about it.

Pretty big Atlanta Braves fan, have been since the early bad days. Enjoy football too but don't bleed black and gold like the wife. I'm also a big fantasy sports nut, mainly baseball but I've gotten into NASCAR here lately.

Also pretty passionate about ranching, don't own any cows or land at the moment but maybe someday that will change. Enjoy running cows and horses when I had em. I guess conservation and what not would go along with that. Wouldn't say I am a tree hugger, but I'm a big fan of maximizing and using what renewable eco-friendly resources we have over fossil fuels.

I enjoy hunting, but lately I get more of a thrill just calling the game in (esp. turkeys) and taking in the experience.

I only have a few things that I would say that I am passionate about.

Tractor Pulling - My cousin pulls in the ITPA circuit with the Dirty Dan, IH 1066, 12000 lb Farm Stock class. I also like to make passes down the track whe I am home and possible.

Collecting old Tractors - My dad has a 1952 IH Super C, I go to the American Theshermans Show every year the third weekend in August. I would say that the show is basically run by my family (1st to 3rd cousins)

Antique automobiles - Dad has a 1972 Chevy Rally Nova 2 door with a 307 and I have a 1979 Chevy Silverado 2x4 with a 305. Dad bought his when he was in college in 1975 and kept it through everything. I bought my truck from my Grandma after Grandpa passed away. My uncle ordered it new in '79, Grandpa bought it from him and then I acquired it shortly after he passed away.

Well I guess im going to go opposite for music, I love music, country is my thing, but I was raised on metalica and ac/dc. While my gramma listened to Elvis and Conway Twitty.
I love all things diesel, from a Ford ranger diesel to the promod tractor pullers, the smell, site, its enough to get ya wantin to wrench n drive!
I love being out in the country, huntin, fishin, bon fires, n ranchin. I love to ride horses for hours n take in nature, fresh air, n just relax, just forget about mine or others problems.
Im not a tree hugger, but being a hunter, n animal lover I guess you could call me a conservationist.
I also have a passion for old muscle too, nothin like the sound of a big block going ***** to the wall! N the smell of burnt 114 VP in the air.

Oh yeah, n my need for great sites, n people like right here!
