How Many Vets/Military on Board???
 

Just wondering how many active/retired/disabled Vets we have on board.

-U.S. Navy Seabees, disabled Vet

Army active and Full Time Guard Combined 19 years and 8 months. Since I was short the few months for retirement, I am Still enlisted in that grey area for medical disibility, but ineligible for military service. Go figure, only in our government. I call it RETIRED.

Air Force 10 years, Disabled Vet

US Army and National Guard full time and part time 8 years combined. Got out though. 63T, 62B and recovery specialist. Too political for me though. Hardly ever got to work on anything towards the end. Too busy learning how the Government thought we should act.

ex-airforce, ground radio and computer repair, '65 to '68.
never left the states, even tho vietnam was going hot and heavy...
i hated the service.....my fit to government work was similar to putting a round peg in a square hole..... the inefficiency back then was horrendous as i'm sure it may continue to be today.....

Active duty Air Force Bomb Builder (5 years so far). I've been stationed in Alaska, Afghanistan, and now Arizona.

United States Marine Corps 2141 Amphibious Assault Vehicle Mechanic !991-1994 Medically Discharged @ 20% due to ruptured Disks in Lower Back and currently 100% total and Permanent according to the VA... OORAH!!!

Coast Guard diesel mech(MK2/E-5)and law enforcement boarding officer.
4 years of drug interdiction in the Caribbean and now reserving.
30% disabled vet, half deaf.

Air Force 1970 to 74 got out for three months an went back for anothere four . Aircraft mech KC135 first four C5 an 141 secound go around . Spent most of my time in U-Tapao Thailand from 70 to 74 . With short stays at Clark AFB in the Philippines an Guam . Sure wish I had stayed for 20 got out the last time over maritail issues .
