Default My 83 C10 coming out of storage in 2009

Hey guys, i took a couple vids of my 1983 C10 today for the initial start of 2009.

The truck hadnt been run or started since September of 2008.

thats a good lookin truck, i will comment on the rare truck you got there, no a/c, no power brakes, single tank etc... those were the good ones. i bet it came with a inline6 or was the 4.3 out on 83? why the storage maybe for winter???

your right...came with 4.1L I6. Stored for 2 reasons.....

1. lotsa power on wide street performance tires in a light weight 2WD truck is a BAD BAD thing

2. Didnt put between 15k and 20k into the truck and body to let the calcium chloride/road salt eat it away 3 years later.

You shouldn't turn the camera on with your face so close to it. You're scaring the children.

Nice truck man. I wish I still had my '79 or my '83.
