Silvate Base
1. Cut ends off green luiates. 2. Place silvate in pot with twice it's volume of water, along with green luiates; boil until water is gone. 3. Dice billers. Zijats 1. Mix equal quantities of laur-starch, sevrose and orange juice; fry in a large saucepan. 2. When ingredients are of a semi-solid consistency, use a large spatula to form into zijats. 3. Proceed to fry zijats until proper color and texture gradiation is reached. |
