Moose Brand Dual Throttle (Dual Gasser)

Ok, well I got one. I really like the thumb throttle, cause all the other ATV's have them of course. But I wanted to see if there were any advantages to having the twist throttle on my Rappy as well.. So I got the Moose Brand Dual gasser. Ive rode about 6 hours today, all trails, and just playing around here at the house.. So far, I LOVE it. Here are a few pictures.

First off, its sexy as hell.. The parts are so very light, and it was a snap to put on and setup and adjust.

If you look real close you can see the little knob that you have to pull out to unlock the twist action.

And in this pic, you can see Ive unlocked it.

With it unlocked, both the thumb and twist are available.. which is a little weird to get used to on rough trails. Like where your frontend bounces around alot. But with the knob pushed in (locked) the twist is locked and only the thumb throttle works. I used the twist quite a bit today, just getting a feel for it. On our flat track that we have here at the house, 1/16th mile oval, the twist is the ONLY way to go..

So far I love it, and it was a great addition and cheaper than a factory replacement Yamaha throttle assembly. :up2:

Anyone with an ATV can benefit from this. Its not just for Raptors. It would be great for ATV's that spend alot of time in the mud/water as well.

I have always liked twist throttles better than thumb. My thumb always cramps up when I ride alot. I don't know why they don't already put twists on 4 wheelers.
