Is there a way to download a youtube video to an mpeg video on your computer?

Thanks. OK, Kev, I downloaded it. But it only saves as some kinda Ipod file type. It won't let click the drop down to choose a different type.

Try to take that file and load it again and convert it. I don't know what they would have changed. Mine saves it as a WMV file.

Click the down load link. Click on select a version and try 2.1.6. That's the version I have. You may need to uninstall what you have.

RealPlayer will record videos also. When I play a youtube video a pop up box will apear at the top right of the video "Download This Video".

Yours didn't work either DM. I clicked all 3 "Download" buttons and nada. :humm:

this one don't save it as an mpeg, saves it as flv file, you have to dowload flv player but its free - at least it will be on pc - sorry its not mpeg
