You only need XP when your in prestige mode, if your already where you want to be in the game you dont really need the XP anymore.

I just dont get enough time to play like I would like so I figure I'm better off where I'm at with the Pro Perks and all weapons, I didnt prestige on the last two either.

Friend of mine got to play it for a little bit at his local Game Stop. Said it was very intense but didn't get to play the MultiPlayer.
