how do i make images like this smaller?

put them in paint then click image then resize/skew and put in 50/50 or how ever small you want it and save it

ok, hmm lets see if i can find "paint"
i never use anything on my comp just the net :ouch:

Click start, then programs, then accessories, then paint. If using Windows Vista, type paint in the search box. :U:
