Default Lavasofts' Ad-Aware Antivirus
This software picked up more stuff than what Iolo antivirus did (System Mechanics). If you aren't running it, I highly recommend the pro version. It's slow as hell, but worth it. You can download it here:

Yep, I run it also. It is not as good as CA but it is free and works pretty good.
