hmm... I'd love to have a pink gun, but hello kitty and flowers on a gun just doesn't appeal to me...:humm:

greedygal 12-14-2008 03:29 PM

Yeah Hello Kitty kinda makes that gun looks sissy...even tho its a badass gun:humm:

wildcat 12-14-2008 03:48 PM

I think it's supposed to tame the "Macho" of the weapon, to make it more appealing to feminine enthusiasts.

It's Ok not to like it, even if you are a girl.

I think it's great women are doing this! Especially if it gets more of them involved in the sport and gun ownership, in general.

Do a search for Kalishnakitty.

It's actually been a movement for about 2 years or more.

No, Chunk.
My wife is a shooter, and works in the firearms industry, tho'. :U:

I don't think anyone here would expect you to buy it for yourself.

Pink/Hello Kitty will never replace black (R.I.P. -- This is one of the rifles I lost in that tragic boating accident):

huh. Last year at the shot show all I heard about was how the military was getting away from it, because it was too easy to see.

What it's a great Camo it along with the pattern makes it harder to pick up body heat in thermal Cameras. They wont go back to the old block pattern for sure.

You and all the firearms you used to own were in the boat with me--that might be where you remember my old AR from...

sunsetsky 12-15-2008 10:03 AM

Pink? Really? Does it glow in the dark too?

Seriously, tho, it looks like a toy, and someone's going to get hurt by a kid trying to play with one.

Well I think like most firearms owners People are going to be safe about their guns. But it would be pretty to funny to see some female soldier pop off some terrorists with it. :rocking:

Dang shame all these boating accidents, mine were lost in a tragic meteor strike right smack dab on the gunsafe. Thank heavens for Geico :ouch::ouch::ouch:

jvencius 01-07-2009 08:59 PM

Darn meteors...

SPEAKSUP 01-07-2009 09:02 PM

Barn Fire here who would of thunk it?

williamwerner326 01-10-2009 07:49 AM

yeah my wife fell in love with my m4, i guess ill have to get my own now:yeah:

jvencius 01-10-2009 09:28 PM

My go-to AR isn't exactly a M4 clone (different stock, LaRue quad rail handguard, middy gas system) but I like it plenty. Mrs. JV doesn't know for-sure that I have it but she probably has a pretty strong suspicion I don't spend all that time on the AR boards for no reason at all...

I tell my wife that my friends are keeping their guns in my safe, so it won't get stolen, BUT I think she knows they are MINE:w2: cause I'm always cleaning & oiling them :5:

jvencius 01-12-2009 05:44 PM

Actually, Rampy DID keep my guns (the ones I used to have prior to the boating accident) for two months between when Mrs. JV and I came down here to check out houses and when we actually moved so for him, that explanation wasn't getting creative with the truth at all...
