Default Need some Christmas gift ideas (for me)

My Mom has been really bugging me to give her some ideas for a Christmas present for me but I can't really come up with anything good. I'd LOVE a Snap-On TechWrench torque wrench but I just don't feel right asking my folks (both of whom are retired now) for a $400 present. THESE ratcheting wrenches from Sears seem pretty spiffy and I've also thought a good multimeter would be awfully useful to have but other than that, I'm pretty much out of ideas so any help/suggestions would be great.

I saw that thread but given our mobile lifestyle (Mrs. JV is active-duty AF so we move fairly often so having a Sears pretty much everywhere is awfully convenient) and my experiences with abusing the living chit out of Craftsman tools and almost always being able to get new ones when the old ones break, I'd prefer to stick with Craftsman. I tried one of those Cross-force wrenches on Black Friday and it was pretty spiffy (comfortable too--more so than a non-twisted wrench) so I've been thinking about a set of them ever since.

I have a set of Cross-force in both standard and meteric and they are great. Most just look at them like I am retarded for buying them but when they use them their opinion changes. I could not rationalise spending so much on another set of wrenches until I talked to a few people that had them and they could not say a bad thing about them. I say go for the Cross-force, if you don't like them you can always return them.
