We had to take one down beginning of fall this year. Angle of one of the limbs was towards the house. 1 angled cut, 1 snatch strap and 1 diesel truck... we were able to keep the limb from hitting the house. Heavy hit to the throttle missed the house by 4 feet. The rest of the tree fell towards the yard on a subsequent cut. **Note: be darn sure to have more rope/strap than the tree is tall. Don't want to be the next Youtube clip of a crushed truck. :lol: Good times!! :w2: |
