kinda, we are renting it but have the option to buy.
we are remodeling it right now.
so far we have...
painted all the rooms
laid new flooring
stained the concret
ripped up all the old carpet of course
new light fixtures
light switches and plates and wall sockets

house looks nice BTW and in your trophy room it looks like you will have more Mags than mounts....

 

yea haunted by dust, i took that pic right after i finished sanding. the way things are going the mag artical will out number my mounts
