i need a job!!!!!

:work: My job i had: installing gas stations. From start to finish.
i got caught trying to better myself. I put an app in and put down where i was currently working. Well the human resource office called my current boss and asked questions. So then my current boss comes to me and says " well since your out there job hunting. stay home and find you another job. i thought that was kinda hateful. i cant blame another man for trying to better himself. its not like i wasnt gonna give him a notice. I have done several different professions. Rolling mill oper. light tool and die work. cabinet installation. road striping, warehouse work, equipment oper. i am a do it yourself kind of person. i am mechanically inclined. self motivated. drivers license, and drug free. will relocate with some help. lookin for somebody to give me a chance to show them im worthy. :work:

Interested in moving to North Dakota or Montana? Quite a few oil companies looking for help. Service rigs, drilling rigs, roustabouts, pumpers, water truck drivers, pipe liners. Most or all will train, and you can make anywhere from 30k to 60k per year. Only thing is it get cold during the winter. Anywhere from 30 to below 0.

That sucks. If you are currently working and talking to companies - NEVER give them the current phone number and supervisor name or even where you work. They should really know better than to do that. I would go down to that company that got you relieved from your job and ask them if they are prepared to help you - since they caused you to lose your job.

That being said, I think you might have grounds for wrongful dismissal action.

This is so true. With what you know there are plenty of jobs up here. Here is a link to the Fargo ND paper, but there are jobs listed for all of the sourrounding areas.

The Wiliston basin area is starting to boom pretty fairly, there is still plenty of oil field work from Salina Utah, all the way up. But it is also going to level out, with the price of oil leveling out some rigs are starting to lay over in the grass. Starting wages on the rigs are currently at 25.08 + 5% out of state increase and most will have a bottom hole (kind of like a prediem pay) ours is an additional $150 a day. The wages go from 425 an hour all the way up to over $50 an hour. It takes time to work up to the top, and there are positions open out here, stay away from Nabors.

Plus you work with awesome Diesel engines out here ;)
