I also like them steamed and fried... But Raw is REAL good too... And quick! I usually keep a jar in the fridge for that quick snack.

 

Dont care much for them fried. Steamed and Raw are good with a kracker and some HOT sauce.

Y'all Don't knwo Good Taste... I like Raw Clams too. Little necks only though, about an 1" across at the largest, the larger ones are to tough.

 

 

those were caught just below the drainage for the sewage treatment plant. They filtered all the poop into their body and now you just ate poop
