well in that case drill the holes out for the non fouler to fit in in the exhaust pipe and weld in the non-fouler as the new bung. i've seen many exhaust shops do this when one is cross threaded or when someone gets a custon job done and they don't have any bungs in stock. you might have to drill the small hole in the non fouler out bigger on the one that the o2 sensor screws into. the good thing about doing it this way you can put them wherever you want and clock them any way you want and not worry about clearance issues.

The whole drilling holes thing is not too appealing to me. because with my luck i'll have 1,000 leaks from those two holes. I had planned on buying a new computer for the thing anyway.

hope the tuner can tune out the rear o2's.... mine are tuned out on my expedition with my Xcal 2 SCT programer
