Bought Our First House.
 

No more apartments oh thank goodness we couldn't be happier. Over 2700 sq', 4 rooms, 2.5 bath, formal dining soon to be an office, game room, and 3 car garage. We need to start working on filling this house up with some ankle bitters.
We went through NACA for our mortgage. They can't be beat IMO credit doesn't matter not that that is a problem for us. As long as you can prove that you can afford the house they will give you a mortgage with a below prime rate. I went through them because you can buy your interest rate way down like we did to 0.25% that isn't a typo. You have to jump through a lot of hoops, but it’s worth it IMO in the end. You can read up on them on there site they don't serve every state. If your interested in going to one of there work shops I would like it if you PM me so you can put my name down as a reference. That help with one of the hoops we have to jump through.

I was looking at some acreages, there just to far out of town and the wife ain't a country girl. It is a corner lot and a little bigger then most in the neighborhood.
