You may want to check on your car insurance company and see how good they rate. The guy that hit me has State Farm. It rated #4 out of the top 10 worst companies for denying and or delaying claims past their statute of limitations. Otherwise known to us as not paying up. A bad insurance company will leave you open to law suites as others try to reclaim their losses. Consider that this is not limited to car insurance either, your home and your health can also be at risk by these con artists.
