They should have used chains on the trap to keep it in the bed of the truck, that dude probably crapped him self

omgosh..what a scary job that would be, there should be a timer on the cage so at least he can get back in his truck... So glad we dont have grizzleys in our back yard.......

im not a wildlife expert but why would you park on a bridge to do that? It seems it would be better to give the bear as much room as possible to leave the area of the pickup once the door is opened. If they did want to park on the bridge maybe they should have parked the rig in front of it beside it so the bear could not get to the side of the vehicle. It does not look like the bear is trying to get the guy once the trap starts falling.

Damn, That guy was lucky. I have a place in New Mexico, There is a "three strikes and your out" program for the bears. Third time they are trapped they are put down.
