if he really knew what he was doing he would of jammed on the brakes when that cop got on his quarter panel and let him shoot by the second time, then performed a bump draft and stuck him in the wall.....

pretty much said the same thing, accept I would suspect if he tried to put the cop car into the wall, they might have shot his ass instead of just wrecking him.... thats crossing the line from evading/resisting arrest to attempting murder of a police officer...
plus if he slows down, he gets plastered by the 20 other cop cars following him...
