Anyone else catch the fights March 1st. I was hoping Henderson could take Silva, but since he didn't, I don't know who can. The best fight by far was Kongo vs Herring.

Frank Mir can and has. Not only did he take Silvia down but he broke his arm in the process.

There are way to many Silva's and Silvia's in mma.
I was reffering to Dan Henderson vs Anderson Silva (no I). Tim Silvia is a washup. That made my hair stand on end when I saw that.
Frank Mir is making a big comeback since his accident. He is going to be hard to keep down.
