Help with air loss issue
 

Started the FL70 this morning and it would not build air pressure. Opened the hood and air was ecsaping from the yellow line coming out of the dash area. The line just ends after about a foot, is there supposed to be a fiiting or plug there? What is this line? Thanks for the help!!!
