Man the Injection pump looks the exact same as a P7100 Externally

Does it have a fuel plate and star wheel like a p7100 ?

Yes, they are basically the same pump as a 6BT. You can even use a #0 plate, laser cut delivery valves, and a 3k GSK in one. The bad part, they were only used from 1993-1995. Before that, they still had a decent pump, just not the famous P-pump.

Those DT466 engines are awesome. We have one at work that runs smooth and strong. I checked the label on the engine (after wiping away years of dirt), and it is a 1989! No leaks anywhere! Doesn't use any oil either, also gets the worst treatment with so many different drivers.

we have a couple of them... 1 1/2 yard dumps.. they work great, loaded and pulling the equipment around...

Turning up the fuel on the 84-92's are really easy, takes about 10-15 min.
