94 12 v were in the hell is the power steerting fill cap

Unless the '98 12V is different, it's below and just forward of the injector pump. Sort of a PITA to fill down there, actually- especially if you have a TPS.

Yup same on 98.5 to 2002 really same on all vehicles driver side

Go to the driver side of your pickup look towards the front under injection pump it'll be black with a black spout and cap.

Mine has a yellow cap, but after 14 years it's hard to tell. I'll take a picture when it stops raining.
