does anyone no what the part numbers for the cummins thermostat and the gasket because any part shop in town seems to think it doesn't exist the gasket is triangle shape with 3 holes for the bolts


secondly what is the rubber seal that everyone is trying to give me it doesnt work on mine but it looks like what my 89 cummins uses

 

uh you should have a rubber seal and not a gasket, at least thats how its been on my truck and every other cummins Ive ever worked on. I think the last guy that replaced it either made that gasket or found one that would work.

alright i got to looking a it and it was a homemade gasket thanks for the pics and part numbers that answered all my questions
