Default fuel additives

anybody recommend a good fuel additive? on the 12v i use diesel kleen and 2stroke oil....imagine i shouldnt put 2stroke in the 6.0 though. i have about 500 miles on it now since i bought it....i love this truck!

I always ran Lucas I think it was treats up to 25 gallons in a little bottle about 6 bucks.winter I ran diesel kleen

If it’s not made for a diesel, I won't take the risk of running it. The Ford injectors are NOT cheap, at least for me. Why cause a failure by running something not intended for the pickup?

BG all weather dfc with lubricity
BG Products - All Weather DFC with Lubricity

This stuff is ~2oz per tank so it will last.

There are tons of 6.0 owners running 2 cycle. It wont hurt anything.

I really don't run much of anything, mostly because when I was burning WVO, it was way more lubrication than anything I could have added to #2.

When I did run something, it was mostly for winter use, but I've always used Opti-Lube products. I originally ran lucas, then realized it was pretty much a waste of money, as far as lubrication goes. It does nothing.

I use 2cyl and AR6200 from Evergreen.

I really need to get some of the evergreen oil additive to try out too. You use that at all Lilpooh?

i like the stuff from ford it seams to be the cheepest.
