Default New Stroker

Hello fellas. My name's Ben, but I go by Hobo because I can't stay in the same place very long before I get the itch to pack up and move somewhere new. I'm active duty Coast Guard, so that helps my rambling yearnings.

New to the forums and new to the Power Stroke community.

Just got my new 2012 F-350 King Ranch the day before yesterday. My dad bought the first Power Stroke back in '94? and I've wanted one ever since.

Here's Blanca...

I bought it on Friday and an hour later without even 50 miles on it, I had a 7x16 trailer full of furniture hooked up to it to help a buddy of mine move into his house!

I've already got eyes on a leveling kit, a set of air horns, a CB, and a Fifth Wheel!

When's the $$$ spending ever stop?!?!?

Anyway, glad to be here and look forward to learning!

Thanks guys. I traded in a Expedition EL Limited with the 5.4L. Needless to say, I'm overwhelmed by the power!

I was pulling a 2000lb 7x16 enclosed trailer with my Harley (800lb) plus probably 250lb of luggage, and it was costing me 2/3 of my gas mileage!

At 7000lb GVWR, the trailer is still only HALF of my max conventional tow rating. I look forward to getting way better fuel economy on the long trips.
