Cat Filter System
hey guys ,
im on my 4th filter head now because my cat 1r-0750 keeps eating the threads.Ive tried the Baldwin fb1311,fleetguard 142784-s and finally the ct 280-2698 and the all looked identical...the all have the same 1-14" threads too. but ive heard cat has a filter head that has a steel stud instead of the aluminum cast? and i only hand tighten these filters and the arent cross threaded..it always goes on fine the first time after that it just ripps the threads.. thanks in advance
