1.25 nv5600 input, worry?
Picking up a 2000 6speed truck, 4wd. About 2 weeks before I actually get my hands on it. Betting its the smaller, non-HO 1.25 input shaft. Same input diameter as the nv4500. Is there really any concern for this?
Use of the truck will be generally pulling a light trailer, around 6k empty. Planning on turning up an edge comp box that I have, up to 300-350hp. It will periodically pull around 10k. All over the mountains. The trans will be coming off then engine anyway, as its all getting stuffed in a 99crew, dually ford. Im told the clutch has about 5k on it as well.

dont worry about it untill you do a clutch upgrade. South Bend Dual Disc clutch kit comes with billet input shaft which is required to install and is bigger and stronger than the stock 1.25
