Let me just say I would love to take a good *** wooping before ever going through that again! I am very impressed with guys that do it with the oil pan still on and not drop one lifter in the pan. I was doing it the way everyone shows but gave up on that method and went up the crank instead which was much faster but still I dropped at least 5 and this one atleast 3 times alone. since I did have the pan off I might of been a little more impaitiant then if I knew I was going to have to pull the pan if I droped it but still what misery.

 

i do them all the time with the pan on they are really easy just got to be patient

 

Patients is the key with any work on these things. At least you got it done.

 

yeah it was one if those deal where it was a little more then I gave it credit for. and wanted to get it done so I was squeezing it into a certian time that was my first mistake.
