When u pull out can rev all the way up but wont shift till u let off and then it goes right into gear in every gear but if u kick it down it does strait into gear. Already did a fluid change hoping it'd b the solution but didn't do a thing. Anything that I could try?

 

If it shift when you lift, then check tps voltage.

 

your throttle pressure is too high. the black cable that is attatched to the tranny and runs to the side of the IP with the throttle cable is just a FUZZ to tight. the gov pressure isnt able to overcome the throttle presure until you let out making the shift possible.
