Default Turbo Questions

I picked up a new Holset HX35W turbo for my Fummins conversion, but it has a 61mm exhaust wheel and a 51mm 7 blade compressor wheel (I haven't measured it yet that's just what I was told by the guy I got it off of). It has a "16" cast into the inside of the turbo housing inlet.

Will this work for a daily driver, or do I need to swap the comp wheel and housing? Or am I better off trying to get rid of it and get something else? I'm not really trying to get a lot of power, just hoping to be around the 300 - 350hp mark and pull a fifth wheel about 3 times a year.
