I just bought a mechanical ISSPRO fuel pressure gauge when I got it all hooked up it up tonight and it has a rattle. It also has a snubber valve on it, Just installed an airdog frrp lift pump this last weekend. Any input would be appreciated.

 

I ran a electric guage and also put a mechanical one on. and both are at the back of the truck by the Air Dog pump. If you don't have that option. then I thing I would put a valve in line with the snubber to try to reduce the ip pulses.

 

mine is starting to rattle too....then come to think of it
what doesn't rattle on this truck LOL

Please try a needle valve (ISSPRO #R7742 or Weatherhead 6820, usually available at larger NAPA stores), and install it as far away from the gauge as possible (right at the fuel system). Start with it completely closed, then crack it open just enough to get a good reading.
