Tcc solenoid?
Ever since I bought my truck over a year ago, it seems to down shift early going up hills even with no load. When it kicks into 3rd it takes a while for the torque converter to lock. It does the same when I'm merging into traffic and I manually take it out of overdrive via the button, it takes several seconds for the tc to lock. I have no trouble codes. Before I go replacing parts like I always do I thought I should ask around first. Is this caused by the Tcc solenoid acting up?

I had similar problems with mine I installed this hd solenoid kit now when od locks in its solid.
