Default I trades my pos hipoint carbine for....

An h and r protector in 12 gauge. Guy also gave me 50 bucks as well. I couldn't be happier, I hated that carbine. I've needed a home defense gun besides my pistol for a while now.

It's in great shape and shoots good. I plan to put a mag tube extension on it, tru glo front bead, and a vtac sling.

Here's a pic...

I've got a hi point carbine....love that thing. It's nothing more than a plinking gun, maybe a rabbit gun, but its a fun little toy. I've got two shotguns for hunting and home defense though, so that might be the difference...

I like all my guns to have a purpose and that hipoint did not have a purpose besides shooting paper.

we take a hi point 9mm carbine to the long range
every now and then. we've stretched it out to
500 yards a few times, with little wind. it is a holy
piece of shyte though.

Jason! Man haven't talked to you in forever why don't you pm me your number and we can go to the range one weekend.

Btw does it even hit the target at 500??? I wouldn't imagine my ak hitting anything that far accurately!
