ALL TUNES INCLUDE: Tire size speedometer calibration, raised speed limit to 200mph, optimized defuel calibration for better shifting,LB7 injector safe fuel rail pressure tables prolonging the injector life, MAF sensor intake calibration for aftermarket air filters or intakes custom made to the intake/filter combo of your choice, and on the fly swtiching between tunes via a rotary style switch included with the package or via serial switching if you choose to use an Edge Insight for on the fly switching. We only use prove operating systems in our tuning. Over the years from beta testing EFI Live in early 2006 to now we have found some LB7 operating systems to be problematic. We have narrowed down the best operating systems to run in you 01-04 LB7 through these years of tuning and testing! This will provide you with more consistent tuning and less risk of problems down the road as you enjoy your vehicle.
What are the benefits of a PRE Tuned LB7 ECM over an autocal for the LB7?
--An autocal currently can't flash in a custom operating system, so you can't have on the fly tune switching with an autocal.
--The cost of a pre tuned ECM in this deal is much less than the cost of an autocal with tuning.
--No messing around. Install the switch and the ECM and drive! With an autocal you need to upload the tune, send it to your tuner, wait while they modify it, and put it in the ECM. It is a long process and for someone who is not good on a computer, sometimes it can be frustrating!
--Get the best operating system available. Since an autocal can't flash in custom operating systems, that means you are stuck with whatever operating system GM gave you. You might wonder what this means, so I'll explain with an example. Some GM operating systems have quirks. The 01 GM LB7 operating systems had many. When modifying an 01 GM operating system some have gotten a "ghost throttle" that feels like the throttle isn't working randomly, some trucks have security issues and wont start randomly, some have random codes show up that mean nothing, and the list goes on!! Those operating systems are not good to use for tuning of any kind and that is not limited to just the 01 LB7. There are better options out there and we know what ones to use for each model year of vehicle. We only use the proven operating systems in our tuning because we feel it is something our customers don't need to be stuck with. An autocal could be sticking you with an operating system that is less than desirable on your LB7. A pretuned LB7 ECM from Creatures of the Night Performance will fix this!
We offer two tuning lines, the "Angel" and the "Devil". Our Angel tunes are geared toward stock transmission/built transmission, stock turbo,stock injector trucks. Devil tunes are for the hardcore enthusiast and are not included in this DEAL OF THE YEAR package deal. If you need Devil tuning, please let us know before you order an ECM and we can discuss your options and quote you some pricing based on your choices.

Heavy Tow-For those of you that work your truck.
Tow Light/Town Mileage-For towing less than 10K, and daily in town economy
Highway Mileage-Tune made strictly for the best mileage possible while unloaded and driving on the highway.
Hot Tow-We don't recommend towing on hot tunes, but we would rather make a hot tow tune designed for towing than have you tow on a hotter tune not made for towing.
Street-For those of you that want to play a little on a good mannered daily driving tune
Hot Street-Gotta built transmission or want to push your stock transmission to the limit? This is a fun street tune for those performance minded drivers that want the most out of their truck while keeping safe levels for motor longevity.
ALL OUT-You wanted performance, so here it is. Push the pedal and enjoy! Built transmission and a lift pump recommended.
KILL-The difference between first and second place is the reason you need this tune. It is our maxed out version of the ALL OUT tune. Hang on and enjoy your trophy! Built transmission and lift pump needed.
Security-No start or idle only tuning for your security needs.
That's what we have on the list for. If you have an idea or a custom request, we are more than happy to do it on your ECM for no charge as long as it is for a stock turbo, stock injector truck. Some good examples are, you have a work truck only and want the best mileage towing. We can setup multiple tow tunes for you to use to optimize your towing experience and get you the best mileage based on your work trucks needs.
Transmission tuning-
We offer transmission tuning to accent your ECM tuning. I recommend transmission tuning on all vehicles.
We have a limited number of TCM's in stock. We are offering TCM tuning for $50 with this DEAL OF THE YEAR special. TCM tuning offers optimized shift points for better shift quality and calibration upgrades to optimize shift quality based on your tire size with the best operating system we have found for each model year vehicle to help keep your transmission safe and shifting like it should!
The only thing with this purchase, is we do need your TCM shipped back to us so the rest of our customers can enjoy TCM tuning on their vehicles.
We are going to offer a $150 fully refundable core charge with TCM tuning option. So you pay $200 now and get $150 back once we get your TCM back and check that it is good.
Please keep in mind that this TCM offer is not for you to keep your stock TCM. We need one back. If you are looking to purchase a TCM, we can get you one for a fee. We need to know this up front. Just talked to Darryl. We have a locked in rate for another 50 ECM's at a new price.
Effective tomorrow morning Sunday Feb 5 2012 at 12:01am Pacific Time, the new price for this deal wil be $575. Everything is still the same as far as you keeping the ECM and not paying a core charge. The TCM tuning price is still the same also.
The $400 deal lasted for a month, so I think it was a great sale! Thanks for all the orders and we hope the price increase don't stop anyone from getting this great product. It really is worth much more than $575, but we are doing everything we can to keep the prices as low as possible without having customers pay core charges or worry about shipping product back to us.
